Two kinds of house, two kinds of list
Lolo has established homes that have reached the age where trim, caulk, doors and fixtures all start asking for attention at once. It also has newer builds where the work is less about repair and more about keeping ahead of things: filters, seals, gutters, detectors.
Both end up on the same visit most of the time, because both are the kind of job nobody wants to take a day off for.
Close enough to be straightforward
Lolo is a short run from our base, so scheduling here behaves much like it does in town. That matters most when a job turns out to need a second visit for a part, because a return trip is not a half day of driving.
Staying ahead of the weather
Seasonal maintenance is the service we end up doing most in Lolo. Gutters cleared before freeze-up, hose bibs drained, filters changed, detectors tested. It is unglamorous and it is the work that stops the expensive calls happening.
Common questions from Lolo
- Who can help with home maintenance in Lolo?
- We cover Lolo regularly from Missoula. Repairs, seasonal upkeep and recurring maintenance plans are all work we do here, and the drive is short enough that a return visit for a part is not a scheduling problem.
- Can you come after work or at the weekend?
- Our standard hours are weekdays, with Saturdays by appointment. A lot of Lolo customers leave a key or a lockbox code instead, since most exterior and routine work does not need anyone home.
- Do you take on newer houses, or just older ones?
- Both. Newer houses need less repair and more prevention, which is really just maintenance on a schedule before anything has gone wrong.
